Peter Sams, former Deputy President of the Fair Work Commission from 2010-2021, will be joining us to talk about his experience with bullying claims in the Fair Work Commission (the myths and facts) and navigating the unfair dismissal and general protections minefields.

Since retiring from the Fair Work Commission in early 2021, Peter has established a company - PJ Sams Employment & IR Services. He provides specific and strategic advice to many companies, employers and other organisations. He also assists in Enterprise Agreement Negotiations and workplace disputes and undertakes conciliations, mediations and workplace investigations.
