Allan will share how he spearheaded a simple and effective training initiative in his global company which delivered tangible results.  He will share the story and framework of the training he helped deliver to 1,200 staff across all offices. And the amazing results. Some unexpected.

This is not just a presentation; you will be involved in one of the exercises he developed to increase Productivity, Diversity and Stickiness ("Staff Retention" in HR-speak), ironically called Sudden Death. Don't worry, it's fun.

Allan will also share how he took the same principles and created a global speaking community event, SpeakEasy, which delivers a forum for anyone from anywhere to tell their story to anyone, and learn from anyone else, and how he has seen the same results in a global community forum.

Allan Rees-Bevan is a public speaker and trainer with decades of learning and experience in effective communication skills and strategies.  Allan works for a global company and was asked by the HR team to create, enable and co-deliver a global program of communication and feedback skills for their 1200 staff - the first of its kind in the company.  Allan will be sharing the key training points, the reason the training was needed, and the tangible results.
