Topic: Practical implementation of psychosocial safety measures in the workplace

All employers are legally required to protect their employees from psychosocial risks in the workplace. What does that mean in practice?

With near uniform legislation across the country, developing regulations in some States, increased activity by safety regulators and more employee awareness, the practical implementation of effective psychosocial safety frameworks is complicated.

Gadens will provide a useful overview of the legal obligations in each State and Territory and practical guidance about providing a psychologically safe workplace.

The safety regulators are expecting more than just policies and procedures so join our webinar to hear more about what some employers are doing and how best to respond to these shifting obligations and expectations in the workplace.
