Angela Smith, Mind Your Mojo
Topic: Using Mindfulness to Tend + Befriend the Inner Critic, Imposter, Perfectionist
With about 70% of people feeling like an imposter at some point in their lives, how might it be impacting your colleagues’ ability to fully show up?
The focus of this session is to bring awareness to the often unspoken, yet often experienced, unhelpful dialogue of the Inner Critic, Imposter, and Perfectionist. Rather than trying to rid our minds of these thoughts, what if we tended to them by befriending them?
Session takeaways:
Your awareness of this trifecta, along with your support can go a long way in helping your colleagues to show up, so they can do all they great things they know, deep down, they can actually do.
